Breakfast

Our breakfast program offers one featured item each day along with standard breakfast items such as juice of choice, fruit, hot or cold cereal, egg of choice and breakfast meats. Featured items will include such favorites as doughnuts, muffins, omelets, pancakes (with or without fruit), eggs Benedict, bagels, French toast, waffles, danish, sausage gravy with biscuit, scones, coffee cake, cinnamon rolls and other regional favorites.

Lunch

Sample Menu 1

• Glazed meatloaf served with scalloped potatoes and pearl onions
• Chicken Cordon Bleu served with orzo and broccoli
• Dessert: apple cobbler

Sample Menu 2

• Roast beef served with stuffed baked potato and broccoli
• Marinated baked chicken breast served with marinated pasta salad and baked tomatoes
• Dessert: carrot cake

Sample Menu 3

• Crab cakes served with oven-browned potatoes and green beans
• Stuffed peppers served with buttered corn
• Dessert: coconut lime cake

• Lasagna served with green salad
• Pork roast with Lyonnaise potatoes and seasoned carrots
• Dessert: rainbow cake

Dinner

• Baked orange glazed ham served with tricolor pasta and cauliflower
• Steak teriyaki served with steamed rice and Oriental vegetables
• Dessert: brownie

Sample Menu 2

• Country fried steak served with mashed potatoes and cream gravy with green beans
• Cheeseburger served with French fries
• Dessert: strawberry tart

• Broiled red snapper with roasted new potatoes and Brussels sprouts
• Polish sausage with au gratin potatoes and red cabbage
• Dessert: lemon chiffon pie

• Seafood bisque served with a club sandwich and cucumber onion salad
• Veal marsala served with buttered bow tie pasta and Italian vegetables
