Management Team

Rod and Teresa Quisenberry: Executive Directors

Rod and Teresa Quisenberry have been involved in business management for 20+ years. They came from their home state of Texas in June of 2008, to take their first property management position with BPM in Corvallis. They were transferred to Royalton Place a year later. Teresa, a former gymnast and aerobics instructor began working with seniors in 1994, teaching aquatics for seniors, after receiving her certification from PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise). She has worked as manager for Trinity Mother Francis Hospitals Wellness Center in Tyler, Tx. and was supervisor of the aerobics department. Rod has managed business’ in the health and fitness industry, night club industry and began property management in 1997, serving as the maintenance supervisor for two manufactured housing communities in Tyler, TX. They have no children and love living in the great northwest. They are anxious to work with Royalton Place’s residents, their families and future residents with a southern style of charm and hospitality.

Kathi Blanchard, Activities Director

Kathi has been activities director at Royalton Place for over five years. She plans and oversees all activities, trips and resident shopping excursions, and doctor's appointments. Prior to joining the staff at Royalton Place, Kathi worked for the Oregon City School District for several years as a bus driver. She enjoys many hobbies, music, crafts and believe it or not, yard work.

Karen Winegar, Dining Services Supervisor

Karen has been dining services supervisor for nine years. Prior to her current position she worked for 19 years as a cook and diet aid for Milwaukie Providence Hospital. Her favorite pastimes include fishing, cooking and spending time with her granddaughter.

Sherrel Blair, Head Housekeeper

Sherrel has been head housekeeper at Royalton Place for nearly ten years. Sherrel loves people, especially seniors, which reflects in her work and everyday actions with our residents. In her spare time she is active in her church, does volunteer work at the Pregnancy Resource Center, participates in Jazzercise and, most importantly, spends time with her family.
