Management Team

Holly Hildenbrand – Executive Director

Holly joined Bowen Property Management in July 2002 as a District Manager for the apartment division and more recently as the Executive Director for Royalton Place for the second time. Holly has over 16 years management experience with her Accredited Residential Manager designation and is a Certified Administrator. I enjoy building relationships with my residents, their families and co-workers which is an integral part of making Royalton Place a “homey, comfortable and inviting” community to call home. I have been fortunate enough to have learned from the best in the senior industry and look forward to my continued education and serving our seniors in the best way possible. After all, our seniors deserve all the best we have to offer. In my off time I enjoy spending time with my husband of 19 years, our 3 dogs, exotic birds and the sunny warm weather in Central Oregon.

Karen Winegar – Dining Services Supervisor

Karen has been dining services supervisor for nine years. Prior to her current position she worked for 19 years as a cook and diet aid for Milwaukie Providence Hospital. Her favorite pastimes include fishing, cooking and spending time with her granddaughter.

Katy Robertson – Activity Coordinator

Katy Robertson graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Administration. After college, Katy moved to Portland where she got a job as an Activity Coordinator at a Skilled Nursing Home. There she realized she had a passion for working with seniors. She loves to plan, lead and facilitate fun and creative activities, events and outings for seniors. In 2009, Katy married her husband and left the country on a year and a half long honeymoon to Thailand where she taught English to second grade Thai students. She recently just moved back to Portland and is now working as an Activity Director at Royalton Place. She continues to do what she loves to do, which is working with seniors.

Anna Pinkerton – Community Relations Director

Anna Pinkerton recently came to Royalton Place as the Community Relations Director. Anna has had an enjoyable connection with seniors over the past six years, first working as the Marketing Director for RCS Management Corporation. Her roll there was marketing and sales for the distribution of oxygen and oxygen related equipment to skilled nursing communities. Next in Troutdale as Community Relations Director for Cherry Park Plaza where she developed relationships with leaders of the local senior industry and found it rewarding to help seniors find the best fit for their living needs. She also had an opportunity to work one-on-one with the residents, creating educational opportunities calling Bingo and doing fun craft projects. She also served on the Gresham Senior Center Board of Directors in 2010. Anna is excited to join the friendly atmosphere and newly remodeled community and looks forward to a long rewarding relationship with Royalton Place.
