As the Business Office Manager, Brett is responsible for all aspects of our billing, invoicing, payroll and human resources activities. Brett has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Warner Pacific College.

Alex Vice, Memory Care Coordinator
Our Memory Care Coordinator Alex is originally from the beautiful state of Tennessee. At the age of 19 he moved to Portland, Oregon and began his healthcare career which has been his field and passion his entire adult life. He obtained his BA in healthcare administration in January of 2016 and is currently working on his MBA. When asked about his work he said, “I enjoy what I do and truly believe that if we lead with love, then at the end of the day we can be proud of what we accomplish that day.”
In his free time he enjoys being outside hiking or just being with friends. Alex also enjoys driving and meeting new people, so he moonlights as an Uber driver. If you happen to be visiting at the end of his shift and need a ride don’t be surprised if he is your driver!
Brandon Anderson, Activity Director
When I was 21, I climbed Mount Jefferson. Not metaphorically—I literally climbed the second highest mountain in Oregon.
While I was hiking, I thought about quitting approximately 5,000 times. (And that’s a lowball estimate.) But despite the high winds, altitude, mental and physical fatigue, and trail mix overdose, I kept going. I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, it will happen.
Now, I put that perseverance to work as an activities director for Royalton Place. I don’t have to climb any mountains…but I do have to move them on occasion.
I’m well-versed in planning and development, relationship management, operations, and logistics coordination and scheduling.
If you’re interested in grabbing coffee and chatting (or to hear how I almost fell off the mountain at 8K feet), please send an email my way.
