Community Relations Director – Megan has been a part of the Royalton Family since 2016 and started with us as our Concierge. Right away she found her passion in helping families and supporting them during the process of selecting a community and moving. In 2017 she was promoted to be a part of the Community Relations team and continues to do what she loves every day.

Megan is a native Oregonian and enjoys anything that has to do with the ocean and the outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog (Tate), cat (Polly) and husband. She also has an extensive background in cosmetics and enjoys being a freelance makeup artist.

Community Relations Director – Alyssa has always loved working with people- with customer service based positions for her entire working career. She found her passion for working with seniors as a concierge at an assisted living community. Alyssa loves to travel and has lived in multiple states and countries with her Military husband- including a three-year stay in Sydney, Australia where she received her Diploma in Ministry at Hillsong International Leadership College. She and her husband are now enjoying civilian life, settling down in Estacada, Oregon with their two daughters, rescue retriever and a flock of chickens.

Business Office Manager – Tiffany was raised in Hillsboro after her family moved from Texas at the age of 3 and has called Oregon home ever since. Tiffany enjoys spending her free time with her son Kennedy and their two fur-babies Leia and Belle. In her spare time Tiffany enjoys taking spontaneous trips to the coast or revisiting some of her favorite spots in and around Portland. Tiffany got her start in the healthcare industry nearly 15 years ago; working with adults with mental and physical disabilities. Previously Tiffany worked at our sister community Deerfield Village for 8 years before joining the Royalton team in August of 2019. Tiffany has a passion for senior care and enjoys knowing she has made a positive difference in the lives of people she cares for.

Resident Services Director – Stephanie is our Resident Services Director. She’s lived in the Pacific Northwest her whole life and loves the fact that on any given day she can drive to the beach, shop downtown or enjoy the snowy mountains. Stephanie is a mom to her daughters aged 1 and 2, Violet and Ivory. She says having two little ones keeps her on her toes but she loves living a busy lifestyle. She has been with Cascade Living Group since December of 2015, initially working at our sister community, Deerfield Village. Stephanie started as a caregiver and eventually took on the role of Life Enrichment Director and Resident Services Director for Deerfield before joining us at Royalton in April of 2020 as our concierge before her transition to RSD in October.
Stephanie loves anything to do with arts and crafts and often creates her own cross stitch patterns to gift to friends and family. She has seen every movie on Disney+ thanks to her daughters and loves 80’s movies herself. Stephanie finds working in senior care to be a gift, she says, “Every day that I come to work I recognize that someone is trusting me to care for their loved ones like they would and I don’t take that responsibility lightly.”
Activities Coordinator – Angela was born in Portland Oregon. She is a mom to her son Aiden, and two fur-babies, Maximus and Booboo. She attended college at Clackamas community before transferring to PSU, completing an arts degree. Angela has always been passionate about her artistic abilities. Angela joined the team at Royalton Place in April, 2019 as a caregiver, quickly moved up as a med-tech, and patiently waited just under a year for the opportunity to open as an activities coordinator, where she thrives in her element. Angela enjoys camping, cooking, target shooting, and long scenic drives.

Lead Concierge – Jennifer has lived in Milwaukie, Oregon her entire life. She’s the youngest of five children and absolutely adores her family. She loves spending time outdoors, especially swimming, jet skiing, or hiking. She is currently attending Clackamas Community College working towards her Oregon Transfer Degree. She loves her job as the concierge at Royalton Place and will happily greet every resident and visitor with a smile.
Dining Services Director – Brenda’s passion has always been working with the elderly. When she was 14 years old, she began caring for her grandparents. After they passed, she decided to work in a small senior living facility in Oregon City. She eventually switched positions to laundry and housekeeping for a few years while she went to school. At the age of 18 she went fulltime on to the dietary as a relief cook, dishwasher, and dietary aide. She then decided to go to dietary school at Portland Community College. Since then, she has always been in the role of working in the field with the elderly and running dietary departments.
She has been married for 39 years to her best friend and they have three beautiful children and seven grandchildren. Brenda and her husband enjoy drag racing in their free time. Her family and grandchildren are always with them racing if they aren’t working. She will continue working with the elderly, providing them with good meals and all the love she can give.
